Officers were called to Celriver Road Tuesday after a hunter said he stumbled upon a pot farm.

A subsequent investigation Tuesday from the air led investigators to additional marijuana plants and to Gerald Williams, 60, of Rock Hill. Officers determined that all 131 plants belonged to Williams.

He was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with Trafficking Marijuana and Manufacturing Marijuana.
