Suspect’s sister, mother facing accessory charges in Rock Hill homicide

A fourth arrest has been made in connection with Friday’s shooting death of a Rock Hill man.

Police say Lattoya Belinda St. Hill has been charged with accessory after the fact for helping defendants Maurice Burris and Dontavion White flee to Charlotte after the slaying of Michael Giddens.

St. Hill’s bond has been denied.

Police spokesman Mark Bollinger says St. Hill is the sister of 19-year-old Abdul Emmanual, who police have charged with murder in the fatal shooting after he turned himself in Tuesday night.

Emmanual’s bond was denied Wednedsay afternoon. Bond was already denied earlier this week for Burris and White.

Now, Emmanual and St. Hill’s mother, ¬†Pamela St. Hill, is also wanted for accessory in the shooting.
