Dontavion Qua’mek White, 17, and Maurice Lamont Burris, 17, turned themselves in to police Monday morning following the shooting that launched a weekend manhunt.
A third man remains at large, said Rock Hill police spokesman Mark Bollinger.
Both men appeared before a judge this afternoon and bond was denied.
Just before 2 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1167 Cedar Grove Lane for a shooting. Police said then the three suspects fled in a blue Mercury Mountaineer towards Interstate 77. The vehicle and a handgun believed to have been involved in the crime were recovered late Friday off Dave Lyle Blvd.
“These were acquaintances,” Bollinger said. “So as far as a threat to the general public, we feel there is none.”
