A long-awaited expansion of the City of Rock Hill’s Law Center and Court will once again close an access road to a popular parking lot.
Starting July 1, the Law Center parking lot, as well as the road between the York County Library and Law Center, will close for approximately ten months, city officials say.
A fence will be installed at the existing access road off East Black Street.
Visitors to the library and Law Center can use the Black Street parking deck during the closure. Pedestrian access to facilities across the street will be via a temporary pedestrian ramp and entrance on Black Street.
