A Rock Hill man pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday after police arrested him more than a year ago for outstanding warrants.
D’Vario Crocker, who is now 24, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
In February 2012, police found Crocker on Simrill Street with a loaded .40 caliber handgun in his waistband.
Police say Crocker was standing with a number of known gang members in the front yard of a home, and conducted patdowns for the officer’s safety.
Crocker has previously been convicted of second degree burglary and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Crocker could face up to ten years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.
