Business Rock Hill: 04/03/12 Events at Manchester

There’s new life for a former restaurant building in Rock Hill that has, for the better part of a decade, spent its time as a revolving door for a number of failed eateries. This month, Events at Manchester officially opens its doors as the second largest ballroom in York County at the site of what was once the Cactus Creek restaurant in the back of Manchester Village.
