Teen arrested after dancing on rooftops at St. Patrick’s Day festival

While thousands were enjoying themselves at Rock Hill’s St. Patrick’s Day festival on Main Street, police say a teen who’d had a little too much to drink was catching his lucky charms on the rooftops.

A police report said 18-year-old Robert Hawkesworth was arrested after officers working the event saw him dancing on the rooftops on a number of downtown buildings.

Authorities said Hawkesworth admitted he’d been drinking and could barely walk in a straight line.

Hawkesworth was charged with Public Disorderly Intoxication.
