Web Extra: 02/18/13 York County councilmembers debate their own pay raises

An automatic pay raise for County staff approved in 2011 also included an automatic increase for County council members. More recently, discussion has come up questioning whether or not the council members should get a pay increase. On 02/18/2013, it came up once again. Attached is bulk audio of the discussion.
