Web Extra: 02/18/13 York County Council debates Easter Monday as a county holiday

On 02/18/2013, York County Council members debated an ordinance to make Easter Monday a paid county holiday. While the first reading was approved by title only, council members sent the item to committee to further debate. Attached is the full audio of the discussion.
