It’s the first of many steps in turning a new leaf on what was once the home of Rock Hill’s textile corridor into a new development between Winthrop University and Downtown Rock Hill. The area, which has since been rebranded as the Knowlede Park, will eventually be a mix of young and old living, working and playing in a 21st century economy.
