Business Rock Hill: 02/13/13 New apartment complex

Rock Hill City Council Monday OK’d the construction of a new apartment along the eastern end of Dave Lyle Blvd near the Waterford Development. Charlotte Developers stood before council last month asking to rezone a 17-acre plot of land near the new Academy Sports to build 208 new apartments.
