911 Recordings show husband’s distraught call for help in murder-for-hire
The reason for why a Chester County clerk of court employee was murdered at the hand of one of her own family members this week continues to be explained
911 recordings were released Friday by the Chester County Sheriff’s Office where a dispatcher led the husband of a Chester County woman through CPR on her own kitchen floor.

Jimmie Diane Paul, 59, was shot and killed in her Chester County home Tuesday night. Chester County Sheriff Alex Underwood says Paul’s grandson, Clayton Watts, 17, offered Marqueas Buchannan, 18, and Shaderius Cohen, 19, $5,000 to kill her — because he says they were too strict.
Underwood said the murders had been planed since December.
Chester County Deputies say Paul’s husband Mack was also an intended target. That plan was only partially successful because Underwood says Watts’ grandfather was outside the home while his grandmother was fatally shot.
Underwood explains how the trio laid in waiting.
