Two teens arrested in Chester County’s first murder of 2013

Two teenagers are now in custody in connection with a deadly shooting Tuesday in Chester County.

59-year-old Jimmie Paul was found dead on a kitchen floor from several gunshot wounds at a home on Williamsville Church Road just after 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night.

18-year-old Marquaes Buchanan and 17-year-old Clayton Watts, both of Chester, have both been charged with Murder and weapons possession charges.

Investigators say the shooting was a planned attack — and say more arrests are expected.
