For the next three weeks, City of Rock Hill officials say the entrance to City Hall, the York County Public Library and the City Law Center at Black Street will be closed.

Stormwater improvements to the Law Center’s front parking lot kicked off in early January and are expected to wrap up by the end of the month.

Access to all three facilities is still available via Hampton Street, and additional parking is available in the Black Street parking garage.

A pedestrian access path has also be set aside adjacent to the road work.
