A Rock Hill man faces a charge of Cruelty to Animals after police say they found five Pit Bulls chained to several trees and a fence on Hagins Street.
Two of the dogs were adult-age, another two were puppies and the fifth was found deceased. All five were found with various wounds, cuts and scrapes indicating a history of dog fighting.
34-year-old Kenneth Walker was charged with animal cruelty.
A warrant remains active for a second man in connection with the cruelty charge. His name was not released in a police report Friday morning.
