Hundreds of people stood and sat as the closing ceremonies put a lid on the 2012 Christmasville festival Sunday night in Old Town Rock Hill.

The Alley Cats quartet was among the groups that provided live entertainment last night. The festival ended with a bang as fireworks lit up the evening sky. Festival chairman John Rinehart told the hundreds of people who watched the closing ceremonies that he was glad they came out.
