York County’s Board of Voter Registration and Elections today upheld an earlier count of two area school board races from last week.

In Rock Hill, Terry Hutchinson was confirmed the winner of the at-large board seat, while in Fort Mill, Scott Patterson, Pam Martin and Tom Audette will all be seated on the school board.
Rast says while not all ballots in York County had to be reviewed, a good many were part of the recount.
