Vandals break glass window of York County Library

The Rock Hill branch of the York County library remains closed today after staffers discovered Wednesday morning that a front window was smashed in sometime overnight.

Kaphengst says there were several patrons waiting outside the library doors this morning before it opened, but that is not unusual.

Authorities questioned several patrons, and Kaphengst says estimated damages were not available.
