Outgoing York County Manager Jim Baker says one of the big decisions the county council is going to have to make next year is how to spend the county taxpayers’ money.
Baker said during Tuesday’s State of the County Breakfast there are significant projects that are funded and in various stages of development.

Baker leaves York County in January to become the city manager in Chesapeake, Va..
