Auvis Cole, Sports Tourism Sales Manager for the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau says for events like the soccer tournament, it all starts with heads in beds.

[audio: 1003-Cole-B.mp3]Cole says while the City of Rock Hill, local convention bureaus and the state Department of Parks Recreation and Tourism all use different methods to compute the economic impact, the final tallies are used as a tool to better sell the community to future interested parties in the sports tourism industry.
