Three candidates seeking an at-large seat on the Rock Hill School Board answered questions from sixth graders today at Ebenezer Avenue Elementary School as part of a leadership program at the campus.

Dan Ballou explains why it’s important for him to answer questions from students.

Terry Hutchinson says it’s also important to him to hear from students.

Hutchinson says he was impressed with a question about what the Rock Hill school district will be like in four years.

Wayne Wingate says there’s a greater opportunity for the public at large to see students questioning candidates.

The three men are running for the school board seat being vacated by Chairman Bob Norwood.
