A South Pointe High School Student was stuck with a stun gun this week after authorities say he wouldn’t calm down.
Police say 18-year-old Dominique Hope started cursing and yelling at a School Resource Officer Wednesday morning and started fighting with the officer after he tried to arrest him.
School District officials say this was the first time a student has been hit by a Taser on school grounds — and this incident started brewing after a confrontation with South Pointe Principal Al Leonard.
