22 suspected drug dealers arrested in Chester County

Nearly two dozen suspected drug dealers were arrested this week after Chester County Deputies found they were selling drugs near Great Falls.

Undercover deputies say they bought prescription drugs, marijuana and cocaine from a total of 22 suspects in the effort dubbed Operation Trick or Treat.

Chester County Sheriff Richard Smith said the operation stems from the shooting death of Alfreda Hinson nearly a year ago, where authorities had little success in finding her killers.

All 22 face drug possession and distribution charges.
