School supply drive underway to serve 2,500 in Rock Hill

This weekend, the Rock Hill school district is at both Walmart locations in the city trying to collect enough school supplies to get 25-hundred needy students ready for the upcoming year. District Coordinator of Community Services Serena Williams says the need for school supplies is rising.

Williams says the school supplies will be divided among the districts schools.

Donations will be accepted until seven o-clock Friday night and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. The supplies will be distributed August 11th.
