Rock Hill ranks in CNN Money’s top-25 affordable places to live
A new report out by CNN Money ranks Rock Hill as one of the top 25 places in the nation to live where homes are affordable. Rock Hill comes in at #17, with a median home price of $119,000 and a median family income just over $56,000.
The network highlights the city’s recent uptick in hiring in the professional and business services industries, in addition to the 31 parks and 10-day Come See Me Festival.
CNN reports home prices in Rock Hill are about 25-percent less than the national norms.
