Two Rock Hill boys face charges of criminal sexual conduct after a 12-year-old and an 8-year-old boy said they were sexually assaulted earlier this month.
The graphic police reports released Friday say one of the incidents allegedly occurred over the summer in a shed in Rock Hill, while the other incident took place in a creek behind a Rock Hill Home.
The 14-year-old was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the 2nd degree while the 12-year-old assailant was issued a summons for criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree. The second boy was released to this mother.
Neither the suspects’ or nor the victims’ names were released due to their age.
