Peeping Tom arrested, again

A man suspected in a number of incidents of Peeping Tom was arrested again late last week after a woman told police he was standing outside her bedroom window early Friday morning.

30-year-old Travis Cousar faces another charge of Peeping Tom — nearly his 20th in the past four years — after the woman said she was laying in her bed while Cousar stood outside and tapped on her window.

A Rock Hill police report says that Cousar is known to have peeped into her home before. Cousar was identified by the victim in a photo lineup and arrested Wednesday night.
