Work is set to break ground in the next two weeks on the much-anticipated Old Town Market of Caldwell Street in Rock Hill. The project rings in at just over a half-million dollars and will use an existing side parking lot to create a space where vendors can sell fresh fruit and vegetables in a dedicated space.
