Pettersson has lead going into final round at RBC Heritage (AUDIO)
Sweden’s Carl Pettersson will be the leader when the final round of the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town begins Sunday. Pettersson, who now calls Raleigh, NC home after attending NC State, fired a round of 66 Saturday which included a streak of five straight birdies on the front side. He made the turn in 31. His two birdies on the back were offset by a pair of bogeys.
Pettersson has a one shot lead over second round leader Colt Knost who had his third straight round in the 60s with a 69 Saturday. His round included a eagle at the par 5 second where he holed a 48 foot putt from just off the green.
