Carowinds Vice President and General Manager Bart Kinsel says he’s hoping to capitalize on the 30-thousand delegates coming to the Carolinas the first week of September for the Democratic National Convention.
Friday’s first public viewing of the WindSeeker is the third new addition to the park in three years.
The Dale-Earnhardt-inspired Intimidator launched in the spring of 2010, Snoopy’s Starlight Spectacular opened last year and the WindSeeker officially opens to the public on Saturday.
