Palmetto Mornings: 2/2/2012 Eric Kinsinger – Either finish it or tear it down!

Eric Kinsinger joins Palmetto Mornings to talk about his efforts to get York County Council to address the dilapidated Tower at the former Heritage USA (PTL) property in Fort Mill.  According to Kinsinger, this building is not only an eyesore that has adversely affected property values, but is a serious safety hazard and they are ready for something to be done after five years of hearing that MorningStar Ministries (who now owns the property) intends to complete renovations on the tower.  Kinsinger has sent a petition to York County officials and will be speaking at the February 20 meeting of the York County Council.  For more information, visit tearthetowerdown.com.
