According to a report from Kevin Melton of GoUpstate.com, Chapman High head football coach Kevin Farmer is stepping down from his post ending a six year tenure at the school. Farmer was 25-41 during that span, including a run to the 2A title game in 2007.

Farmer plans to continue to teach at the school. Chapman’s AD said a search for Farmer’s replacement will begin immediately.
