Members and Guests of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation met recently for their annual meeting, discussing the achievements of the past year, current projects, and plans for future growth. Members elected a new board chairman and publicly expressed support for the upcoming penny sales tax referendum set to go before York County voters in August 2011.
